Our signature body treatment takes you into a state of pure bliss! A combination of gentle exfoliation, a body wrap & aromatherapy will leave you feeling like you are in Heaven. You will be floating long after the treatment is done.

The skin is gently exfoliated and the flow of the blood and lymph is stimulated as you are dry brushed. Then a warm blend of essential oils is applied to soothe the body and mind, while nurturing the skin.

Sea salt or sugar is used to exfoliate dead, rough skin and return your skin to baby softness.  A great prelude to any other service or by itself, especially to help repair the damage done by sun, wind or dry heat.  Ends with a 25 minute mini-massage.

Dead Sea Mud is applied to the skin to help pull toxins and waste products from the body while softening the skin.  Food grade plastic and thermal blankets keep you warm while you are cocooned and pampered. Ends with a 25 minute lymphatic massage.

This treatment is great for toning and relaxing the facial muscles and skin. The pressure points used help with headaches, sinus pressure and TMJ problems. The treatment also includes a massage of the hands, arms and shoulders.

Natural plant essences and warm wet towels combine to hydrate and soften your skin, ease stress, and soothe your muscles and nerves or stimulate the release of toxins and waste products while you relax, wrapped in a cocoon of peace and comfort. Ends with a 25 minute mini-massage.

Nine different essential oils are dropped onto the back and massaged in one after another. The muscles of the back are then relaxed and balanced, pain and inflammation are relieved. The legs are also massaged. Add ½ hr. if you want a full massage.

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness can occur after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to help minimize this by aiding with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

A full body massage is combined with the penetrating heat of the stones. The stones are used to iron out tight areas in the body and are laid out on the body to restore balance.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Myofascial massage is a technique used to treat injuries and discomfort, reducing pain and increasing range of motion. Myofascial massage differs from other types of massage in that it targets the fascia - the membrane surrounding muscles - rather than the muscle itself. Since fascia completely encases every muscle in the body, imbalances in the fascia can have serious effects on your range of motion and comfort level. While other forms of massage can overlook the fascia, myofascial massage focuses specifically on releasing tension in this important membrane.

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
